Huckleberry classes learned about the witty writing of Lauren Child as we read, "I Will Never Not Ever Eat a Tomato." In this book, Charlie, the big brother creatively tries to get his sister, Lola to eat her vegetables in a fun way. This connected well with our garden classes as our focus has been eating healthy food to make healthy body systems. Hopefully, the inspiring Charlie convinced our Huckleberry students to take a risk to try our seed sprouts.
A place where students engage, inquire, and explore our world through the use of different media.
